I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist in Portland, Oregon, offering art therapy, child & adolescent counseling, individual & family counseling, and clinical supervision for LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and ATR (Registered Art Therapist) candidates.
I have extensive training and experience working with individual, group and family counseling using both traditional styles of therapy as well as expressive art therapy techniques. I work with ages ranging from 3 years into adulthood. My primary focus has been working in residential placements and community based treatment with at risk youth and families struggling with post traumatic stress disorder, reactive attachment disorder, sexual or physical trauma, sexual reactivity and the autism spectrum as well as LBGTQ youth and adults. My passion is working with and advocating for children and young adults who need support. I also provide clinical supervision for art therapists and registered interns obtaining hours needed for licensure.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, Registered Art Therapist (ATR), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. I completed my masters degree in Expressive Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts. I have completed the 30 clock hour training necessary for clinical supervision for LPC candidates.
